Join a dedicated team that values accountability and growth! We’re currently hiring a CNC plate saw machine operator for a growing company in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This 2nd shift opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior machine operating experience and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks in a plant setting.

Location: Blaine, MN

Wage: $20 - $23 per hour

Hours: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday – Friday (Overtime as needed)

Duties of the CNC plate saw machine operator:

• Identify correct inventory and calculate necessary material for jobs
• Operate plate saws and manage all cutting operations
• Finalize job tickets in the ERP system
• Securely package saw jobs for safe shipment
• Organize completed jobs by delivery route for efficient loading
• Restock leftover materials after each job
• Operate additional equipment such as plate blaster, shear, punch press, drill press
• Use beveling, grinding, and deburring tools
• Assist with inventory organization and optimization

Requirements of the CNC plate saw machine operator:

• Previous CNC plate saw or CNC machine operating experience
• Ability to read tape measures and use measuring tools accurately
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
