Job Description

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED AND BTR LICENSED home inspector. This individual must be AZ state licensed. Will need to provide a BTR License number when applying for this position.
We are looking for one 1099 independent contractor to help expand our availability and grow our company in the Phoenix area.
Must be willing to travel within a 60 mile radius of your personal residence. Valid AZ driver's license and must have own reliable vehicle adequate for traveling for work.
Must be fluent in English.
Must have performed 50+ residential home inspections.
ASHI or InterNACHI Professional Home Inspector Certified.
Recent and documented work in the home inspection industry (necessary).
Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service.
Acquisition of basic home inspector tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
