Help Desk Support Intern (Paid – $19.00/Hour)

As a Help Desk Support Intern, you’ll assist our Help Desk team in providing quality technical support to internal users. You’ll gain real-world experience with a variety of systems and develop key skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and equipment setup. This is a great opportunity to learn the many facets of IT support in a professional setting.

• Provide assistance to the Help Desk team with day-to-day technical support

• Help deploy and set up new hardware

• Assist with software installations and updates

• Help maintain inventory of IT equipment

• Support printer setup and troubleshooting

• Document technical issues and create user guides

• Learn and adapt to new technologies as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Gain practical, hands-on experience in IT support

• Develop troubleshooting and customer service skills

• Learn how to work with a wide range of users and personalities

• Build an understanding of professional IT systems and services

• Basic experience with PC repair or hardware setup

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes

• Willingness to learn and solve problems independently and in teams

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe

• Familiarity with email systems, search engines, and common web browsers
