Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform bookkeeping for CPA firm clients utilizing QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online accounting software
Record cash receipts and cash disbursements from bank statements
Record credit card activity from credit card statements
Journalize payroll activity
Perform monthly bank and credit card statements
Communicate with clients to obtain information on monthly / quarterly basis.

Desired Skills and Experience

Previous bookkeeping experience with CPA firm a plus
Deadline and detailed oriented
Ability to multi-task, prioritize client projects
QBO Pro Advisor a plus

QuickBooks
QuickBooks Online
