Job Responsibilities

Deliver expert care to critically ill patients in the ICU/CCU
Monitor vital signs, manage life-support equipment, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare team members
Maintain accurate documentation in high-pressure environments
Educate and support patients’ families

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
Minimum 1–2 years of recent ICU/Critical Care experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (CCRNs a plus)
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in high-stress situations
