Gatewest Managemen is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Hourly wage DOE plus gas allowance and benefit package. Experience preferred but will train the right person for the job if qualified. Must have references and be able to pass a background check. Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Hours are primarily weekdays with occasional weekend or evening hours (snow, emergencies, on-call duties).

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-orientedt
• Requires valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle.
