Territory Sales Manager:

Location: Denver, CO 80216
Hours: M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $65-80k/year + unlimited commission
Experience: Minimum 1 year Outside Sales experience.

Our client is a distributor of products catering to the cabinetry, furniture and countertop industries. They have an immediate opening for a Territory Sales Manager in Denver, CO. Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and product recommendations to customers.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM system to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance.
  • Work with internal teams (e.g., customer service, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's building products, as well as their applications.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to visit customers, attend industry events, and conduct market research.

Territory Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the building materials or plastics industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
