Prep Cook

We’re hiring a reliable and hardworking Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. As a prep cook, you'll play a vital role in setting the kitchen up for success. You'll be responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the line during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, chop, measure, and prep ingredients according to recipes

• Assist with basic cooking tasks like grilling, sautéing, or baking as needed

• Properly label, date, and store food items

• Maintain a clean and organized work station

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Support line cooks and chefs during service

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen safety a bonus
