Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Paid Advertising professional with a strong background in paid advertising, and digital marketing to drive our online presence and maximize ROI across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC channels. The ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of experience in e-commerce marketing and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the food, flavor, and fragrance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across Bing Ads, Google Ads and other digital platforms.
• Optimize PPC strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ad performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align advertising efforts with brand messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging advertising technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in paid advertising, brand management, Shopify, and digital marketing.
• Mastery in Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media ads, search ads, display ads, shopping campaigns and retargeting strategies, and other PPC platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
• Experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in the food, flavor, or fragrance industry.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills is required.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Adverising, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Google Ads Certification, Bing Ads Accreditation, Facebook Blueprint Certification, HubSpot Digital Marketing Certification, PPAI Certified Advertising Specialist,
