Employment Time: 4-5 days a week

Position: Warehouse Associate

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:30/9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must be available to work Saturday, and schedule is subject to change.

Duties & Responsibilities:

We use Skuvault for inventory management and Shipstaion for shipping.

Order Processing

• Pick items for orders using a barcode scanner and iPad
• Scan items to verify order accuracy and place in appropriate bins

Shipping

• Prepare packages for shipping
• Ensure all items are properly scanned

Receiving Shipments

• Count and inspect incoming items to verify accuracy
• Check for discrepancies between purchase orders and received items
• Inspect goods for damage or expiration dates
• Rotate stock and replenish inventory
• Store and organize items in appropriate locations

Warehouse Upkeep

• Break down boxes and dispose of packaging
• Take out trash and sweep floors regularly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus
