Project Coordinator, Commercial General Contracting Construction

TLW Construction, Inc. Tempe, AZ 

• Compensation: $55,000 to $75,000 Annually DOE

Duties:

• Assist the Project Manager with all facets of the project
• Document control and communication including submittals, RFI's, shop drawings and plan updates
• Create, organize and document OAC Meeting Agendas
• Subcontract management including W9's, insurance tracking, schedule updates, and contact management
• Create and Document Owner & Subcontractor Change Orders under the direction of the P.M.
• Assemblage of Close out Manuals, which includes O & M Manuals, As-builts and Warranty  
• Proficient with Project Management Software and experience with Procore a plus
• Assist with procurement and bidding
• Must be detail oriented, organized, assertive and self-driven

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 50 words per minute typing
• 3 years minimum applicable experience as a Construction Project Coordinator, Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
• Competent usage of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Professional, polite, and pleasant attitude with the ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills a must
