Join Our Team: Licensed Architect
Location: Belleville, IL | Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) | Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Project Teams: Take the reins in leading and managing diverse project teams, coordinating with consultants, and overseeing project staff to ensure the highest quality work and on-time project delivery.

• Design & Create: Prepare compelling design presentations, detailed working drawings, technical specifications, and high-quality renderings that bring innovative architectural concepts to life.

• Client & Team Collaboration: Partner with clients and internal teams to define project goals, exceed expectations, and meet critical deadlines.

• Drive Innovation: Utilize your experience and creativity to provide fresh, forward-thinking solutions across a range of projects, ensuring each design is functional, sustainable, and visually striking.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Professional or Master’s degree in Architecture.

• Experience: At least 7+ years of professional experience in architecture, with proven experience leading projects.

• License: A Professional Architectural License is required to be considered for this position.

• Preferred Skills:

  • LEED accreditation.

  • Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
