Large Private Practice is looking for a Full-Time experienced Sterile Tech. to oversee our high volume office.  Never any weekends, this position is Monday through Thursday 8:30-5:00, and Friday 8:30-2:30.  Prior dental or sterile experience is a must.  

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Dental Sterile Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, sterile, and organized environment by ensuring all dental instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, disinfected, tested and sterilized per OSHA and CDC guidelines 

Responsibilities:

• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following OSHA and CDC guidelines

• Set up and restock operatories with sterile instruments and supplies

• Monitor and document sterilization cycles for quality control

• Maintain inventory of sterilization supplies and report low stock

• Ensure proper storage and handling of sterile items

• Assist in infection control procedures throughout the dental practice

• Adhere to all safety and sterilization protocols

• Support clinical staff as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a dental or medical sterilization role is required

• Knowledge of sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Certification in infection control or sterile processing is a plus
