Job Details

Overall responsibility for safety, quality, and efficiency at job sites for Measure Twice Construction employees and all stake holders. Responsible for performing jobs at various locations adhering to all applicable codes and company quality standards.

· Responsible for all parts of direct labor performed.

· Provide daily and weekly reports outlining hours worked against jobs.

· Ensure quality standards are adhered to and customers are satisfied within the scope of projects.

· Adhere to standard work when provided.

· Ensure deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.

· Ensure that all the necessary supplies are on site or requested at beginning of jobs.

· Review job site quality and ensure sites are prepared for customer walk throughs.

· Organize work force for efficiency.

· Ability to perform all tasks related to renovation projects. (drywall, framing, finish carpentry, etc.)

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Must have a minimum of 6 years of construction experience.

Must have vehicle with truck bed.

Preferred Skills

Must have strong communication skills

Knowledge of codes

Ability to perform installations and repairs as they pertain to renovation projects

Additional Notes

Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Must be willing to travel.
