What You’ll Do
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through self-sourced leads, referrals, and outbound strategies
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline targeting decision-makers in regulated industries
• Develop custom pursuit strategies tailored to industry verticals and client needs
• Consult with prospects to understand operational challenges and position Lumen21 solutions effectively
• Collaborate with internal engineers and consultants to deliver value-driven proposals
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact to signed agreement
This role is for competitive, self-directed professionals who take ownership of results and thrive in a fast-moving sales environment.
Compensation and Incentive. If you have worked as part of MSP in Sales, we love to talk to you.
This is a salary and commission-based role with no cap on your earnings. The more you close, the more you earn. Our commission structure is aggressive, transparent, and designed to reward performance without limits.
