Parts & Sales Advisor

Hanna Trailer, a leading provider of trailers, snow plows, salters, and equipment, is looking for a dedicated Parts & Sales Advisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them through parts selection and supporting equipment sales.

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers with parts selection and orders, both over the phone and in our store.

• Efficiently process incoming orders and ensure products are accurately stocked or binned.

• Engage with sales leads directly through phone, email, and social media.

• Identify customer needs by actively listening and asking effective questions.

• Explain and compare product options and features to help customers make informed decisions.

• Complete all necessary data entry and documentation for sales transactions.

• Create and maintain accurate online product inventory listings.

• Support inventory management tasks.

• Perform other assigned duties to contribute to team success.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of proven sales and/or customer service experience.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Basic computer proficiency with typing skills of at least 40 words per minute.

• A self-starter who excels independently and as part of a team.

• A strong focus on achieving customer satisfaction.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Compensation: Competitive weekly salary plus commission.
