Job Title: Data Entry Associate (3rd Shift)
Duration: 12 Months
Location: College Park, GA (Candidate location must be listed on resume)
Pay Rate: $19.80/hr (W2)
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Sunday night – Thursday night (Onsite only, no exceptions)
Start Date: ASAP

• 10-Key Assessment REQUIRED: Must have a minimum of 8,000 KSPH
• Score must be listed at the top of the resume — Submissions without it will be rejected

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our lockbox processing team. This role is responsible for timely and precise keying of information from images or original documents, adhering strictly to customer specifications and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data from images or physical documents using full keyboard and numeric pad
• Follow customer instructions and screen prompts with precision
• Acknowledge and flag out-of-balance transactions
• Meet all daily productivity and quality standards set by the client
• Report computer or system issues promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8,000 KSPH with strong 10-key typing proficiency
• Previous data entry experience required
• Excellent problem-solving and logic skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Ability to adapt to changing procedures in an automated environment
• Must be reliable and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Able to handle high volumes of work and meet production quotas
• Good hand-eye coordination and focus in repetitive task environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of Lockbox processing is a plus
• Ability to identify and correct processor/remitter errors
• Flexibility to work overtime if required

Note: This is a full-time onsite role with no remote/hybrid options. Candidates must be able to work Sunday through Thursday, 11 PM to 7:30 AM.
