Enrollment Specialist Job Description
We seek an Enrollment Specialist to become an integral part of our team! You will implement
the vision, mission, and core values established by the school. The position is responsible for
creating appointments and enrolling students. The enrollment specialist will be responsible for
assessing applications, handling documentation, collecting information, entering data and
providing customer service. The candidate will specialize in enrolling students in our programs
and assisting the Student Administrator with contacting students. They will engage by phone,
email, and SMS.
Responsibilities:
 Handling questions issues and providing detailed information on requirements, processes,
and policies.
 Collecting information and qualifying candidates for programs, services, or courses.
 Ensuring that applications are completed correctly and that the required supporting
materials have been provided.
 Entering, updating, and reviewing data and records.
 Providing guidance and recommendations to applicants and prospective candidates.
 Corresponding with applicants and prospective candidates.
 Processing enrollments and dis-enrollments.
 Assisting with billing and payment processing.
 Conducting information sessions.
Qualifications:
 Previous experience in education administration or other related fields is preferred
 Ability to prioritize and multitask
 Deadline and detail-oriented
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience in counseling/advising students in secondary education or college
environments is preferred.
