Position Summary:
The Night Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring that all warehouse and distribution activities are running smoothly during the late shift. This includes supervising a team, managing workflows, enforcing safety standards, and making critical decisions on the spot. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with a background in distribution or logistics to grow within a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage evening warehouse staff and operations
- Monitor order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Provide hands-on leadership, training, and support to team members
- Communicate effectively with day managers to ensure continuity of operations
- Address and resolve issues that may arise during the night shift

Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (warehouse/distribution preferred)

- LEAN Certification or knowledge preferred

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems a plus
- Must be able to work evening hours consistently

Schedule:
Shifts begin between 2:00–3:00 PM and conclude around 12:00–1:00 AM, depending on workload and operational needs.
