We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager for our confidential client at their vibrant and welcoming casual dining restaurant. Restaurant Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and supervise FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) teams during shifts.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure proper stock levels.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with local regulations.
• Contribute to sales growth by promoting specials, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Step into kitchen operations as needed, supporting prep, line, or expo roles during busy times.

Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a full service/casual dining environment.
• Hands-on kitchen experience required (prep, line cook, or expo experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Familiar with P&L and other financial reports, budgeting, planning etc.
• ServSafe Certification.
