The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a seasoned, boots-on-the-ground On-Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage concessions during special events. This person will be the on-site lead—ensuring every location is fully staffed, stocked, profitable, and running at the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site operations from setup to breakdown
• Hire, schedule, and manage front- and back-of-house staff
• Forecast food and beverage needs and manage inventory
• Coordinate ordering, deliveries, and vendor logistics
• Project sales, track budgets, and drive profitability
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations
• Oversee alcohol service including beer, wine, and spirits
• Be the primary contact for event organizers and internal teams
• Uphold the Creative Event Foods standard of quality and service Requirements:
• Experience managing mobile or high-volume food & beverage operations
• Must have alcohol service experience, including knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
• Proven ability to manage large teams and delegate effectively
• Skilled in budgeting, inventory control, and sales projections
• Ability to travel and be on-site for multi-day or multi-week events
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Flexible, resourceful, and able to thrive under pressure
