Job Details

Property Manager for small boutique student housing portfolio at the University of New Hampshire. This is the most senior role in the market and communicates directly with the owners. 

Leasing, rent reconciliation, expense reconciliation, escrow reconciliation, maintenance coordination, ad hoc property level project management, daily communication with owners, vendor coordination and communication.

Work flow is seasonal similar to a teachers schedule. Winter break and summers are low workload. Turnover from Late may to Mid June is heavy. 

Leasing is our most important aspect of the scope of work. Licensed real estate agents are a preferred candidate but not required. 

Basic knowledge of maintenance and systems is desirable. Some labor and grounds work required.
