Located within the Liberty Theatre, we are a unique blend of fine dining and live jazz, creating the perfect setting for unforgettable evenings. About the Role
As our General Manager, you’ll oversee all operations from Tuesday to Saturday, with hours from 4 PM to 10 PM (Tues-Thurs) and 4 PM to 11 PM (Fri-Sat). With weekly live music, trivia, and music bingo nights, you’ll help bring our vibrant atmosphere to life by ensuring our guests receive top-notch service in a welcoming environment. Reporting directly to ownership, you’ll be instrumental in refining our service standards, staff training, and daily operations. We need someone up for a challenge who can revitalize our service quality and lead our team with a focus on excellence and camaraderie.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
- Improve and maintain high service standards through staff training and leadership
- Manage administrative duties, including HR, scheduling, audits, inventory, and budgeting
- Provide hands-on support in bartending, serving, and running the expo window when needed
- Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment

About You
We’re seeking an individual with substantial experience in restaurant management who:
- Works exceptionally well with others and fosters a supportive team culture
- Has a thorough knowledge of HR software, restaurant operations, and financial controls
- Possesses skills in bartending, serving, and expo window management
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in computers and paperwork

- Strong EXPO experience
- Can commit to a minimum of 45 hours per week, working to enhance the Johnnie’s experience

What We Offer
Salary $55,000 - $58,000 based on experience.
