Job Description
Play a critical role in maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the property as a Grounds Maintenance Technician for a leading property management company in Omaha, NE. This position involves performing routine upkeep of outdoor spaces, assisting the maintenance team, and ensuring the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents.

Responsibilities:
• Perform daily grounds maintenance and litter removal
• Distribute notices throughout the property as needed
• Power wash designated areas to maintain cleanliness
• Assist the maintenance team with general property upkeep
• Work with other service and grounds personnel to ensure resident satisfaction and property maintenance needs are met
• Collaborate with the Community Business Manager to address property maintenance priorities

Qualifications and Requirements:
• General grounds maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Knowledge of safety procedures and a safety-conscious mindset
• Dependable, steady work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines
• Tolerance for working in extreme hot and cold weather conditions
