• Location: Vancouver, WA
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Pay Range: $19-$21 per hour (Based on experience)
• Shifts: Sunday, Thursday-Saturday 7:30am-4:30pm

???? About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Cook to prepare and serve nutritious, well-balanced meals for our residents. You’ll play a vital role in promoting wellness and comfort through food. This is a great opportunity for someone who values quality, teamwork, and service in a healthcare setting.

???? Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals according to menus and dietary requirements
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Work collaboratively with staff and respond to resident dietary needs
• Maintain accurate records of food usage and inventory
• Assist with special dietary accommodations and resident preferences

???? Requirements:

• Experience as a cook in a healthcare, institutional, or restaurant setting preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a cook (preferred)

• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
• Familiarity with food service regulations
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (Food Handler's Card required or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and respectful demeanor when interacting with residents

• Must pass the background check and TB test
