**Job Type:** Per Diem (1 to 4 patient visits per week)

**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals to promote independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities and tasks.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises.
- Educate patients and their families about adaptive techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid state license to practice occupational therapy.
- Proven experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

**Schedule and Compensation:**
- Per diem position with flexible scheduling.
- Compensation: $65 per visit.
