Rick G Energy is looking for energetic, motivated, and outgoing individuals to join our team as an Energy Appointment Setter. In this role, you’ll be engaging directly with homeowners. If you’re a confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and you aren't afraid of a challenge, we want to hear from you.

Please be advised: This role is primarily physical: door-to-door; on the ground work. Kindly do not apply if you are not up for the challenge. Previous experience is not required, however, willingness to show up, learn and give it your best are the top 3 important characteristics considered for this role.

The Hiring Process. URGENT.

We are looking for people that are ready to roll! We will have introductory calls starting Tuesday 7/15 9am-Friday 7/18 8pm. Eligible applicants that complete introductory calls will be invited to a more in-depth in-person training and overview for Saturday 7/19 11:30am-2pm. The in-person meeting is set and mandatory in order to complete the full interview process; so please plan for that.

Key Responsibilities.

• Engage with homeowners in designated areas and informing them about upcoming utility increases, primarily door-to-door
• Build rapport and establish connections with homeowners
• Set qualified appointments for our energy consultants
• Handle questions and objections with professionalism and poise
• Follow up with homeowners who have otherwise canceled/or rescheduled appointments

Qualifications.

• Willingness to learn and constantly get better
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude; Consistency is key
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—training provided

• Earn up to $50 for every appointment you set that completes a consultation, and additional $500–$2,000 in bonuses or more for each deal that installs

Pay Details.

This position is commission based. Average income annually is $75,000-$100,000. The more you work, the more you earn.
