Take the Lead on High-Impact Projects!
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to supervise field crews on restoration and environmental mitigation jobs throughout the East Bay. As a Lead Technician (Level II), you’ll ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a small team of techs on job sites

• Communicate clearly with Project Managers

• Perform and oversee tasks like demo, repairs, and material handling

• Maintain accurate jobsite records (moisture readings, notes, daily sheets)

• Promote safety and support crew development

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a lead tech role (restoration, mitigation, or construction)

• Valid Class C Driver’s License + insurable driving record

• Asbestos cert. + respirator fit/physical exam (or willing to obtain)

• Confident with hand/power tools + safety protocols

• Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual a big plus!)
