We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Retail key holder to join our team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the management team in achieving store goals. Duties

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff management.
• Handle cash register transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
• Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment and pricing.
• Oversee shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Train and mentor new staff members on store policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment for customers and employees.
• Utilize POS systems effectively for sales transactions and reporting.
• Conduct regular audits of stock levels and assist with payroll processes as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and cash handling practices.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and stock management techniques.
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate pricing and financial transactions.
• Experience in wireless sales is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
